Description
The Bullwinkle Bar is a handlebar designed for off-road touring and trekking, a modern reinterpretation of the legendary bullmoose-style stem and handlebar combination for today's ATBs.
The classic form conceived by Tom Ritchey in the early 1980s was an eternal standard, but WILDE's reinterpretation brilliantly blends geometry for all-day comfortable riding with precise control.
The handlebar has a wide section before the sweep begins, which…
・Reduces the length of the extension tubes.
・Maximizes the length of the butted handlebar for improved compliance and responsiveness.
・Provides a straight bar area for attaching bags and accessories.
If the handlebar started sweeping from the extension tube section, the "stem" length would be approximately 90mm. While it's difficult to calculate the "stem length" for this type of handlebar, for reference, the hand position is similar to a Country Bar with a 70mm stem or a Jones Bar with an 80mm stem.
